About

Built for scale.
Engineered for growth.

Two decades shaping how healthcare technology operates at scale — from 11-hospital integrations to $650M global P&Ls spanning 16 countries. The pattern is consistent: enter complex, regulated environments and rebuild them into commercial platforms.

Proven across full-cycle transformation: commercial strategy, M&A integration, platform architecture, and organizational design. Ready to step into an EVP, CIO, or operating CEO role where technology is the growth lever.

The Pattern in Practice

Three problems.
One consistent approach.

Case 01

Turning a cost center into a margin engine

Inherited a global services organization running on a traditional break-fix model — low margin, reactive, and structurally unprofitable in several markets. Rebuilt the entire operating model: rationalized SKUs, renegotiated supplier contracts, amended SLAs, and exited markets where the unit economics couldn't be fixed. Converted the remaining business into a proactive, software-supported revenue stream.

Case 02

Making M&A actually deliver unified platforms

Most acquisitions create product silos — separate teams, separate roadmaps, no shared architecture. Diagnosed this as the root cause of unrealized synergies across multiple transactions. Built a unified gateway strategy from scratch: designed and shipped enterprise integration products that connected devices, clinical workflows, and engineering systems into a single operating layer at global scale.

Case 03

Connecting 2.5 million devices across a global enterprise

Stood up the enterprise connected care platform supporting 2.5M+ deployed devices, 6,000+ sites, 51 call centers, and operations across 16+ countries — on a cloud-agnostic architecture — giving enterprise customers the choice of private cloud or multi-tenant public cloud deployment, aligned to their regulatory and commercial requirements. Built the deployment, integration, and support capability from the ground up, then scaled it globally without losing clinical reliability or regulatory compliance.
